IT Supporter

Are you passionate about IT support, and do you thrive on finding solutions when technology acts up? Would you also like to work in an international production environment where reliable IT is crucial to day-to-day operations? If so, you could be our new IT Support Specialist in Global IT, Gråsten.

At Global IT, you’ll have a varied workday where you’ll help colleagues with their IT challenges, work with modern Microsoft technologies, and support the IT infrastructure that keeps our production and business running. You’ll be part of a highly skilled team with both local and global connections.

IT plays a central role in our continued growth and development. As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll join a team of nine employees within a global IT organization comprising a total of 30 colleagues. Together, you’ll ensure stable, modern, and efficient IT solutions for the BHJ and Essentia Protein Solutions business units. You’ll have a broad role encompassing daily support, operations, troubleshooting, documentation, and the opportunity to contribute to projects and new solutions.

Primary tasks

Among other things, you will be working with:

  • Level 1 and 2 IT support and help desk
  • Support and administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure
  • Support for business applications and IoT devices
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Troubleshooting for clients, networks, and other IT infrastructure
  • Administration of users, devices, and access rights
  • Development of SOPs, user guides, and Knowledge Base articles
  • Participation in IT projects and the implementation of new solutions
  • Automation and optimization of processes
  • Support for colleagues across our global locations

Personal profile

We envision that you have a solid IT skillset and thrive on both technical challenges and close contact with users.

You:

  • Are a trained IT support specialist or have an equivalent IT background
  • Have several years of experience providing IT support in a professional organization
  • Have solid experience with Microsoft-based IT infrastructure
  • Have experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and cloud-based solutions
  • Have experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Have experience with networks, client management, and hardware
  • Communicate professionally in both Danish and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and take pride in delivering excellent service
  • Are willing to participate in a formalized 24/7 IT on-call schedule
