Seit über 30 Jahren ist die Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) ein staatlich anerkannter und wirtschaftlich unabhängiger Bildungspartner. Als berufsorientierte Hochschule bieten wir unseren Studierenden und Partnerunternehmen marktgerechtes und zeitgemäßes Know-how in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft und Wirtschaftsinformatik. Wir verfolgen eine Strategie der nachhaltigen Kundenpartnerschaft, die geprägt ist durch Vertrauen und hohe Service-Orientierung gegenüber unseren Studierenden und Unternehmen.

Zum 01.10.2027 (ggf. früher) suchen wir für unsere Standorte in Bergisch Gladbach und Mettmann zwei engagierte Lehrende im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik. Sie lehren neben den Grundlagenfächern auch vertiefende Spezialmodule in aktuellen Schwerpunkten – darunter KI/ML/Data Science, Cyber Security sowie Smart Systems/Robotics, die in zahlreichen Forschungs-projekten intensiv untersucht werden.

Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen und Prüfungen in Bachelor- und Masterstudiengängen
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Studierenden
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Studiengängen und Lehrinhalten
  • Aktive Beteiligung an der akademischen Selbstverwaltung der Hochschule
  • Mitwirkung an der Definition, Akquise und Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten inkl. Publikationen
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung, z. B. Studiengangs- oder Projektleitung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Studium der Informatik oder verwandter Bereiche
  • Promotion und pädagogische Eignung
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon drei Jahre außerhalb des Hochschulbereichs
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Lehr-verpflichtungen in Grundlagenfächern wie Wirtschaftsinformatik und Mathematik, Programmierung, Algorithmen & Daten-strukturen, Datenbanken, Betriebssysteme, Netzwerke
  • Expertise in einem der Schwerpunkte: Künstliche Intelligenz, Cyber Security, Smart Systems, Web Technologies – und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in weitere Vertiefungsgebiete
  • Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse
