Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Program Manager to secure funding and grant opportunities that will amplify our ability to empower small businesses and communities through thoughtful development and innovation. This part-time, flexible role is ideal for someone who excels at operations, clear communication, and building meaningful stakeholder relationships. With complete flexibility in your schedule and location, you’ll be supported in balancing professional contributions with personal priorities.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, research, and apply for grants and funding opportunities aligned with our mission of supporting community-focused projects and sustainable growth.
  • Manage the entire grant application lifecycle, from proposal creation to reporting results.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders to shape funding strategies that advance our shared goals for meaningful community impact.
  • Foster relationships with funders, community groups, and internal stakeholders.
