Jouw dag

Als Coördinator Kwaliteit & Veiligheid (Food/Logistiek) ben jij dé autoriteit op het gebied van kwaliteit, arbo en milieu (QESH) binnen Bidfood. In eerste instantie voor onze Bidfood vestiging in Meppel, al ben je indien nodig ook bereid te ondersteunen op nabijgelegen Bidfood vestigingen. Jij onderhoudt en verbetert het QESH-beleid op operationeel en tactisch niveau en zorgt ervoor dat dit stevig is ingebed in de operatie. Je stelt heldere instructies op binnen het kwaliteitssysteem en formuleert deze zo, dat ze breed begrepen én toegepast worden. Je ziet risico’s aankomen voordat ze zich voordoen en weet hoe je hier in de praktijk effectief op inspeelt.

In deze rol sta je centraal in het spanningsveld tussen toezicht, praktijk en beleid. Je houdt je bezig met het verbeteren van de bestaande kwaliteitssystemen. Daarnaast stel je het QESH-jaarplan op en bewaak je de voortgang nauwgezet. Of het nu gaat om het begeleiden van een klant-audit met hoge eisen of het begeleiden van een verbetertraject dat meerdere afdelingen raakt: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat iedereen aangehaakt blijft.

Je schakelt intensief met het vestigingsmanagement, collega’s in de logistiek, de centrale QESH Manager en externe partijen zoals certificerende instellingen. Je werkt tevens nauw samen met de andere lokale Coördinatoren Kwaliteit & Veiligheid en stemt onderling af om kennis te delen en een uniforme werkwijze te waarborgen. Jij bent de filter die bepaalt wat relevant is voor Bidfood en zorgt ervoor dat wat belangrijk is, ook écht wordt opgepakt.

  • Iemand met een hbo werk- en/of denkniveau in relevante richting (bijv. Integrale Veiligheid, Voedingsmiddelentechnologie of Milieukunde), bij voorkeur aangevuld met relevante QESH- of auditcertificeringen.
  • Thuis in actuele wet- en regelgeving rondom voedselveiligheid, arbo en milieu, of bereid en in staat dit snel up-to-date te brengen.
  • Iemand die het hoofd koel houdt bij incidenten. Je pakt de oorzaak aan, stelt de juiste rapportages op en bent een professionele gesprekspartner voor toezichthouders.
  • Tactisch sterk en organisatiesensitief: je herkent risico’s, anticipeert op ontwikkelingen en neemt regie.
  • Communicatief overtuigend en verbindend: je weet mensen mee te krijgen in verandering en creëert draagvlak van werkvloer tot management.
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig in de regio.
