The posting

Meteen duidelijk: vanuit onze vestiging in Den Haag/Poeldijk ben jij de vaste steun en toeverlaat voor de accountmanagers in de buitendienst. Jij duikt in de verkoopcijfers, bewaakt de omzet en marges en zorgt er telefonisch voor dat onze Amsterdamse horecaklanten optimaal worden bediend.

Goed geregeld

  • Salaris: € 2.800,- tot € 3.235,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur
  • 13x salaris: We betalen je salaris elke 4 weken uit, dus je ontvangt 13 keer loon per jaar.
  • Reiskosten: € 0,23 per km (van 10 km t/m 25 km enkele reis).
  • Eten & extra’s: Elke dag verzorgde lunch op de vestiging én personeelskorting op al je favoriete Bidfood-producten.
  • Werksfeer & cultuur: Een nuchtere, inclusieve werkomgeving met een echt familiegevoel waar iedereen zichzelf kan zijn, samen naar leuke beurzen en events.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Buitendienst ondersteunen: Jij zorgt dat afspraken voorbereid zijn zodat de accountmanager precies weet welke punten die moet bespreken om de klantwaarde te verhogen en de relatie te verbeteren.
  • Cijfers & marges bewaken: Door je commercieel inzicht let op de bestelpatronen en de winst, en geeft op basis daarvan advies.
  • Eigen klanten beheren: Je onderhoudt het telefonische contact met je eigen groep horeca klanten, denkt proactief met ze mee en promoot (nieuwe) producten en diensten.

De realiteit van de baan

Dit is een functie op de binnendienst van onze vestiging in Den Haag/Poeldijk. Je voert dagelijks veel telefoongesprekken en moet het leuk vinden om proactief actie te ondernemen richting klanten en prospects. Je moet besluiten goed kunnen onderbouwen met cijfers uit Excel, zeker wanneer marges onder druk staan. Dat vraagt om daadkracht, analytisch inzicht en een gezonde dosis doorzettingsvermogen.
