The posting

Meteen duidelijk: jij zorgt dat elke binnengekomen pallet op de juiste plek in de stellingen belandt. In dit fysieke werk rijd je behendig op de reachtruck door ons magazijn en zorg je dat de administratie van de inkomende goederen simpelweg klopt.

Goed geregeld

  • Salaris: € 2660 – € 2726 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur (afhankelijk van je ervaring).
  • Toeslag: Boven op je loon krijg je per gewerkt uur € 0,57 extra voor het werken in de koeling.
  • 13x salaris: We betalen je salaris iedere 4 weken, dus je ontvangt 13 keer loon per jaar.
  • Uren: Een stabiele werkweek in de dagdienst van 07.00 – 15.00 uur.
  • Reiskosten: € 0,23 p/km (vanaf 10 km/t/m 25 km).
  • Extra's: Elke dag een gratis verzorgde lunch op de vestiging en goede werkkleding.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Laden en lossen: Je haalt met de reachtruck de vracht uit de trailers en zorgt dat alles vlot en netjes binnenkomt.
  • Administratie: Je gebruikt de handscanner en de PC om binnengekomen goederen direct en nauwkeurig te verwerken.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Je houdt het magazijn overzichtelijk zodat je collega's van de orderpick nooit misgrijpen.

De realiteit

Het is echt aanpakkerswerk waarbij je veel switcht tussen de koeling en de droge kruidenierswaren (DKW). Je zit veel op de reachtruck, maar je stapt ook regelmatig af voor de administratie bij de computer. Op piekmomenten, als de trailers voor de deur staan, houd jij je hoofd koel en zorg je dat het proces lekker doorloopt. Om 15.00 uur zit jouw dag erop, dus je bent op tijd thuis voor het avondeten.

  • Pro-actief: Je ziet het werk liggen en begrijpt wat er moet gebeuren zonder dat iemand het vraagt.
  • Stressbestendig: Als het even druk wordt bij de goederenontvangst, bewaar jij altijd de rust.
  • Collegialiteit: Je komt in een hecht en nuchter team waar we hard werken, maar altijd naar elkaar omkijken.
  • Probleemoplosser: Zit het praktisch even tegen met een pallet of een scan? Jij weet de juiste oplossing te vinden.
