Samen met jouw team van 9 medewerkers zorg jij voor optimale voorraden. Je neemt de leiding op de afdeling en brengt structuur in alles wat te maken heeft met de demand planning, afdelingsstructuur en de administratieve warehouse processen, zodat onze horeca-klanten nooit misgrijpen.

Goed geregeld

  • Salaris: € 4100,- - €4700,- bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur per week).
  • Uren: 36 - 40 uur per week
  • Reiskostenvergoeding: €0,23 per km vanaf 10 km tot en met 25 km
  • Ontwikkeling: Er is volop ruimte voor trainingen, cursussen en persoonlijke groei
  • Extra's: Een dagelijks volledig verzorgde lunch op de vestiging , een goede pensioenregeling en 26 vakantiedagen.

Wat je gaat doen

Als teamleider stuur je de afdeling aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de prestaties van het totale team. Daarmee draag je bij aan een positief vestigingsresultaat. Je zorgt voor de juiste richting en focus op de volgende drie hoofdgebieden:

  • Sturen op demand planning & cijfers: Je coacht jouw demand planners zodat zij de juiste marges op inkopen halen, bederf, incourantie en nee-verkoop minimaliseren. Je houdt overzicht op de grotere doelen zoals scherp sturen op de marge componenten, juiste voorraadniveaus en structureel nee verkopen oplossen.
  • Afstemming met sales & leveranciers: Jij zorgt dat het team de ruimte heeft om het regionale assortiment en de catalogus strak te beheren. Wanneer er grotere commerciële acties aankomen of er strategische keuzes gemaakt moeten worden over leveranciers en inkoop, stem jij dit af met sales (regionaal en landelijk)
  • Procesoptimalisatie bedrijfsbureau & magazijn: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele structuur op de afdeling. Je zorgt dat de administratieve processen naadloos aansluiten op de praktijk in het magazijn. Je hakt knopen door bij logistieke vraagstukken zoals procesverbeteringen rondom de magazijnindeling (slotting) en de grote goederenstromen van voorraadhoudende artikelen en ons dagvers-pakket.

De realiteit van de baan

We zijn een dynamische 24/7 operatie. Dat betekent dat jouw afdeling deze continuïteit samen met jou opvangt. Zelf werk je voornamelijk in dagdiensten, maar om feeling te houden met je team en de werkvloer, werk je af en toe een avonddienst of een zaterdagdienst. Omdat we in de foodbranche werken, stuur je gericht op onze THT-producten. Je bewaart hierbij altijd het overzicht en blijft objectief. Daarnaast ben je de vaste sparringpartner voor de afdelingen magazijn, transport en sales (zowel regionaal als landelijk) om te zorgen voor een soepele interne samenwerking.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring: Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een commerciële of logistieke rol. Ervaring in de foodbranche is een grote pré. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met het coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.
  • Mentaliteit: Je hebt een nuchtere instelling, bent objectief, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag het initiatief. Je weet hoe je een team enthousiasmeert om samen resultaten te behalen.
  • Cijfermatig & organiserend sterk: Je bent rekenkundig sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en kunt goed sturen op KPI's en data.
  • Communicatie & taal: Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt makkelijk schakelen met de verschillende afdelingen binnen ons bedrijf. Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift is vereist.
