Für unseren Hauptsitz in Biel suchen wir für die Abteilung «Verkauf Schweiz» eine/n:

**ASSISTENT/IN FÜR VERKAUF UND KUNDENSERVICE FÜR DEN SCHWEIZER MARKT (DE/FR)

Vertrag mit einer Laufzeit von maximal 12 Monaten, Arbeitspensum: 50 %**

Sie sind dem «Operations Manager DACH» unterstellt und leisten effiziente und proaktive Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen im Vorverkauf und im After\-Sales\-Bereich für den Schweizer Markt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Nachverfolgung bis zur Rechnungsstellung
  • Koordination der Klärung von Streitfällen und Kundenanliegen in Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Abteilungen des Unternehmens
  • Bereitstellung von Unterstützung im Vorverkauf, Erstellung von Angeboten, Hervorhebung von Sonderangeboten und Produktneuheiten, um aktiv zum Umsatz beizutragen
  • Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden in allen kaufmännischen, produktbezogenen und technischen Fragen
  • Verwaltung der internen Software und Plattformen im Zusammenhang mit den Kunden
  • Sicherstellung der Prüfung, der administrativen Bearbeitung und des Abschlusses der vom Kundendienst übermittelten Reparaturfälle gemäss den geltenden Verfahren
  • Sicherstellung der administrativen Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Leih\- und Testgeräten, von der Bereitstellung bis zur Rückgabe
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Werbekampagnen und den damit verbundenen Veranstaltungen

Ihre Kompetenzen:

  • Sie verfügen über ein EFZ als Kaufmann/\-frau, Büroangestellter/\-e oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen IT\-Anwendungen
  • Sie sind in der Lage, Ihre Arbeit selbstständig, sorgfältig und gewissenhaft zu erledigen
  • Sie sind pragmatisch, verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sie sind Schweizerdeutsch\-Muttersprachler und beherrschen Französisch; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
