Your core responsibilities.

  • Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team, fostering accountability and high performance
  • Create, embed and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring full compliance with all engineering and H&S standards
  • Drive asset reliability through effective preventative maintenance, maintaining PM compliance consistently above 95%
  • Reduce breakdowns and reactive maintenance, improving overall plant availability and site performance
  • Manage contractors effectively, ensuring safe systems of work and quality delivery
  • Carry out Root Cause Analysis and implement sustainable, long-term engineering solutions
  • Plan, execute and continuously improve shutdown activities to minimise downtime and risk
  • Take ownership of engineering OPEX, contribute to CAPEX planning, embed engineering standards, and ensure best practice is consistently applied

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
