Executive– Co-working & Managed Office

Office Location: A-80, A Block, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301

Site Location: Sector 62, Noida

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Centre Manager with experience in Co-working / Managed Office operations and sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing centre operations, clients, vendors, commercial activities and the ground/sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Co-working/Managed Office operations.
  • Drive sales for office spaces, desks, meeting rooms and managed office solutions.
  • Handle B2B/corporate clients, site visits, negotiations and closures.
  • Manage commercial leasing, rentals, pricing and negotiations.
  • Manage vendors including housekeeping, security, maintenance, plumbing, electrical and other service providers.
  • Handle and monitor the sales/ground team and achieve business targets.
  • Manage client/tenant relationships, bookings, renewals and upselling.
  • Ensure smooth facility operations and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Maintain sales, occupancy and operational reports.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Noida & NCR commercial market.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must have experience in managing and selling Co-working Spaces or Managed Offices.
  • Experience in B2B/Corporate Sales and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience handling sales and ground/field teams.
  • Strong vendor and facility management experience.
  • Good knowledge of Noida/NCR market.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong email communication and documentation skills.
  • Good negotiation, client-handling and relationship-management skills.
