With 200+ Bigbluers across the UK, France, Spain, and Germany, our proprietary tech stack, and a network of 9 warehouses and over 100,000 sqm of fulfilment space across Europe, we ship millions of orders every month. And we're nowhere near done!

Bigblue is hiring a Warehouse Success (ADV) to act as the key link between the warehouse, customers, Account Management, Care, and operational teams.

The role is designed to ensure reliable, smooth, and compliant execution for customers while improving on-site operational performance.

The role

  • Manage customer requests and provide high-quality follow-up.
  • Handle proactive and reactive escalations.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, billing items, and recurring operational risks.
  • Verify billing discrepancies with the relevant teams.
  • Collect and share forecasts to anticipate workload and peak periods.
  • Assess operational feasibility for custom customer requests.
  • Improve processes around quality, timelines, customer experience, and on-site routines.
  • Prepare and participate in customer steering committee meetings.⁠ ⁠​

Ideal profile

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as customer service, account management, operations coordination, logistics coordination, or client operations.
  • Experience with operational teams, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, warehousing, supply chain, or a fast-paced service environment.
  • Comfortable managing customer requests, escalations, follow-up, KPIs, and operational constraints.
  • Strong ownership, structured communication, and prioritization under pressure
  • Native-level Spanish speaker and fully professional English
