  • Present and promote the company’s products, ranges, campaigns and commercial initiatives.
  • Plan and carry out regular customer visits, business reviews, product presentations and commercial meetings.
  • Monitor sales performance, gross margin, orders, opportunities, activity and regional development.

  • Strong understanding of commercial development, customer relationship management and sales performance tracking.
  • Ability to manage a territory, plan routes and prioritise customer visits and business opportunities.
  • Good working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Full, valid driving licence and availability for regular travel throughout the northern region.
  • Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Additional language skills are advantageous in an international business environment.

Key competencies

  • Strong business development, sales and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of customer and market needs.
  • Autonomy, organisation and effective territory planning.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and converting new opportunities.
  • Ability to analyse sales, margin, pipeline and customer development opportunities.
  • Resilience when working towards targets and managing objections or commercial challenges.

  • Collaborative approach and commitment to finding practical solutions.

Role conditions

  • Full-time position.
  • Predominantly field-based role with frequent regional travel.
  • Availability for regular travel within the region and, when required, to meetings, trade shows and company events in other locations. Including staying away from home.
  • Valid driving licence and availability for regular use of a company vehicle in accordance with company policy.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
