Die Bihrer Rechtsanwälte AG ist eine moderne und dynamische Boutique\-Wirtschaftsanwaltskanzlei mit Standorten am Paradeplatz in Zürich und in Freienbach/Schwyz.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Administrations\-Teams in unserem Büro in Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Person als

Mitarbeitende:r in der Administration / Assistenz mit einem Pensum von 60\-100% mit einem Pensum von 60\-100%

Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine Sekretariats\- und Administrationsaufgaben
  • Professionelle Korrespondenz auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Telefon\- und Empfangsdienst – Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Klienten
  • Terminkoordination und Agenda\-Führung für unsere Jurist:innen
  • Zahlungsverkehr, Fakturierung, Mahnwesen und Kassenführung
  • Organisation und Koordination von Geschäftsreisen und Besprechungen
  • Verwaltung und Betreuung der Büroinfrastruktur

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Assistenz oder Administration, idealerweise in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV\-Systemen
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamgeist und Flexibilität
