Als Salesmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten én het uitbouwen van bestaande relaties. Je weet als geen ander hoe je commerciële kansen signaleert en vertaalt naar concrete oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met het operations- en recruitmentteam om klantvragen om te zetten in succesvolle plaatsingen en kansen voor onze community van riders en logistieke toppers.

Concreet houd jij je bezig met:

  • Actief benaderen van potentiële klanten in Nederland en België (new business)
  • Onderhouden en uitbreiden van bestaande klantrelaties (accountmanagement)
  • Opstellen van commerciële plannen en offertes
  • Onderhandelen over tarieven, volumes en SLA’s
  • Verzorgen van presentaties en klantbezoeken
  • Nauw samenwerken met marketing, recruitment en operations
  • Markt- en concurrentieanalyses uitvoeren en kansen signaleren
  • Wekelijks rapporteren aan de CEO

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Bij voorkeur 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in sales (binnen recruitment, logistiek of last-mile delivery sector)
  • Ervaring in de Belgische E-commerce/Logistieke markt is een pré
  • Commercieel sterk, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal
  • Rijbewijs B is een must
  • Je bent een netwerker pur sang en weet relaties op een natuurlijke manier uit te bouwen
  • Je brengt kennis en kunde mee vanuit een target gedreven organisatie, waarbij je aantoonbare sales resultaten hebt neergezet
