Wat ga je doen?

Als postvoorbereider op de sorteerlocatie in Amsterdam speel jij een cruciale rol in het zorgen dat alle post op de juiste plek belandt. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het sorteren van de post, het bundelen ervan, en het op volgorde plaatsen in de postzakken voor onze postbezorgers. Dankzij jouw ordelijke aanpak kunnen onze postbezorgers de post nauwkeurig en op tijd bezorgen.

Start je baan als postvoorbereider met een betaalde proefdag.

We begrijpen maar al te goed dat je wilt weten of het werk als postvoorbereider bij PostNL hetgeen is waar je naar opzoek bent. Daarom starten we altijd met een betaalde kennismaking in de vorm van een inwerktraject. Naast dat je een goede indruk krijgt van wat de baan inhoudt, krijg je meteen hulp van een collega. Hierdoor heb je binnen no-time de systemen en werkwijze onder de knie.

Wat zijn de werkdagen en werktijden?

Werkdagen zijn in de ochtend van dinsdag tot zaterdag. De werktijden zijn van 05:00 tot 09:00.

Wat krijg jij hiervoor terug?

  • Wekelijks uitbetaald;
  • Bruto salaris: €15,88* per uur, vanaf 18 jaar of ouder;
  • Toeslag van 140% tussen 00:00 en 06:00 uur;
  • Toeslag van 120% tussen 06:00 en 08:00 uur;
  • Iedere maand kans op € 100,- als employee of the month!;
  • Vakantiegeld in mei (8% van brutoloon) + vakantiedagen 10%;
  • Ontvang een reiskostenvergoeding + een bijdrage aan pensioen;
  • Je kan elke week zelf bepalen welke shifts je wilt werken. Een vast rooster is ook mogelijk;
  • Extra gewerkte uren krijg je uitbetaald. Je mag ze ook opsparen en later opnemen als vrije dagen.

Alle post die bij huishoudens binnenkomt begint bij een postvoorbereider. Een uitdagende klus waarbij nauwkeurig werken cruciaal is. Want samen met de postbezorgers weten de postvoorbereiders heel Amsterdam op tijd te voorzien van post. Een leuke uitdaging als bijbaan naast je opleiding of als nieuwe parttime/fulltime baan, het kan allemaal bij PostNL, maar heb jij onderstaande vaardigheden en kenmerken?

  • Minimaal 18 jaar oud;
  • Beschikbaarheid op de gevraagde werkdagen en -tijden (dinsdag tot zaterdag);
  • Nauwkeurigheid en focus tijdens het werk;
  • Het hoofd koel houden in drukke situaties;
  • Doorzettingsvermogen tot het werk volledig is afgerond;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal.
