Om Tjänsten Som kundmottagare hos Bilbyter är du en central del av kundupplevelsen och fungerar som länken mellan våra kunder och verksamheten. Du ansvarar för att ge professionell service och säkerställa att varje kund får ett positivt och tryggt bemötande genom hela processen – från första kontakt till avslutat ärende. Dina arbetsuppgifter • Mottaga och välkomna kunder på ett professionellt och vänligt sätt • Ge information och rådgivning om aktuellt bilmärke, samt hjälpa till med produktrelaterade frågor • Hantera serviceärenden och bokningar, inklusive reparationer och underhåll av fordon • Reservdelshantering – beställa delar, returhantering och godshantering • Fungera som en problemlösare och hantera diverse kundförfrågningar och ärenden • Arbeta med flera olika uppgifter samtidigt och hålla ordning på dina arbetsflöden • Säkerställa att kunderna alltid får bästa möjliga service och är nöjda med sitt besök. • Samarbeta med övriga avdelningar för att lösa eventuella kundproblem eller förseningar Vi söker dig som • Erfarenhet av kundmottagning eller kundservice är meriterande, gärna inom bilbranschen • Du är en naturlig problemlösare som trivs med att ha många bollar i luften • Du är serviceinriktad, kommunikativ och har förmågan att skapa goda relationer med kunder • Du har ett genuint intresse för bilar • Du har goda organisatoriska färdigheter och en flexibel inställning • B-körkort är ett krav • Bokningssystemet Kobra, erfarenhet är ett krav Heltidstjänst Individuellt löneanspråk Rekrytering sker löpnade Vi ser fram emot din ansökan!
