Für das Generalsekretariat der Bildungs\- und Kulturdirektion suchen wir ab 1\. Januar 2027 eine/einen Hochschulpraktikant/in für die Dauer von einem Jahr.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Koordinieren von Anfragen zur internen und externen Kommunikation
  • Bewirtschaften der Social\-Media\-Kanäle (selbstständige Text\- und Bildredaktion)
  • Aktualisieren und Optimieren der Website
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Kommunikationskampagnen
  • Aufbereiten und Umsetzen von Newsletter\-Versänden
  • Administrative und redaktionelle Aufgaben beim amtlichen Schulblatt EDUCATION
  • Bewirtschaften und Pflege verschiedener Bereiche im Intranet

Dein Profil

  • Du bist eine proaktive und neugierige Persönlichkeit, die sich nicht scheut, Neues auszuprobieren.
  • Du schliesst bald dein Bachelor\-Studium im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation oder Geisteswissenschaften ab oder hast bereits einen Abschluss, oder eine andere Fachausbildung in den genannten Bereichen.
  • Du kennst dich mit Social\-Media aus und weisst, wie die unterschiedlichen Kanäle zu bewirtschaften sind.
  • Du bringst dich gern im Team ein und kannst dich gleichzeitig gut selbstständig organisieren.
  • Du scheust dich nicht, Kurztexte zu schreiben und drückst dich stilsicher in Wort und Schrift aus (Deutsch mind. C1 und Französisch mind. B1\).
  • Ein Plus ist es, wenn du auch schon mit Grafikprogrammen (InDesign und Photoshop) gearbeitet hast und ein gewisses Flair für visuelle Arbeiten hast.

Generalsekretariat

Das Generalsekretariat der Bildungs\- und Kulturdirektion unterstützt den Bildungs\- und Kulturdirektor bei der Erfüllung seiner Aufgaben. Es koordiniert als Stabstelle die Tätigkeit der Ämter und Abteilungen und prüft alle Vorlagen und Anträge an den Bildungs\- und Kulturdirektor.

Der Fachbereich Kommunikation kümmert sich um sämtliche internen und externen Kommunikationsmassnahmen der Bildungs\- und Kulturdirektion. Er ist die Kompetenzstelle für die Direktorin, den Generalsekretär und die Ämter in sämtlichen Kommunikationsbelangen.
