Seit 1890 sind wir das Zentrum für Mensch, Beruf und Wirtschaft. Wir bieten dem Berner Oberland mehr als Bildung, ein Leben lang. Unsere Berufsfachschule umfasst 23 Berufe aus den Bereichen Bau, Holz, Technik, Gastronomie, Gesundheit, Soziales und Wirtschaft. An unseren vier Standorten werden zurzeit rund 2000 Lernende von über 140 Lehrpersonen unterrichtet. Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Schule setzen sich Mitarbeitende in der Verwaltung, in der technischen Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur und im Hausdienst ein.

**Deine Aufgaben**

* Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der ICT- und Digitalisierungsstrategie unter Berücksichtigung kantonaler Vorgaben sowie Förderung der digitalen Transformation der Schulen * Führung der ICT-Systembetreuer, Verantwortung für die Ausbildung von Lernenden, Beratung der Schulleitung und Vertretung des bzi in kantonalen Gremien * Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen, sicheren und effizienten ICT-Betriebs sowie Aufbau und Optimierung eines schulübergreifenden Serviceportfolios inklusive Service-Level-Agreements (SLA). * Gewährleistung der IT-Sicherheit, des Risikomanagements und der Notfallvorsorge sowie Sicherstellung eines strukturierten 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports und des Zugangs zum 3rd-Level-Support * Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von ICT-Projekten sowie Evaluation und Beschaffung von Hard- und Software und Koordination externer Dienstleister * Verantwortung für das IT-Budget, die Kostenkontrolle und Beschaffungsentscheide im Rahmen des Budgets sowie Organisation von Schulungen und Erstellung von Anleitungen und Lernmaterialien

**Dein Profil**

* Höhere Fachschule oder Bachelor oder höhere Berufsbildung eidg. Diplom als ICT-Manager/-in, HFP (höhere Fachprüfung) oder dipl. Leiter/-in Informatik, abweichende Ausbildungsgänge sind möglich * Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im IT-Management sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in strategischer ICT-Planung, Digitalisierung, Projekt- und Changemanagement * Umfassende technische Kenntnisse in Netzwerk-, Server- und Client-Management, modernen Endpoint-Management-Lösungen, Cloud-Technologien sowie IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz * Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management, insbesondere mit ITIL-Prozessen, Service-Desk Management sowie agilen und klassischen Projektmanagementmethoden * Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Beschaffung, Lieferanten- und Risikomanagement, idealerweise Erfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung oder in einer Bildungsinstitution * Analytische und vernetzte Denkweise, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative sowie Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterbildung
