Le Secrétariat de Direction de la Direction de l'instruction publique et de la culture est à la recherche d'une collaboratrice ou d'un collaborateur à partir du 1er février 2027. Vous faites preuve de discrétion et êtes digne de confiance et les tâches d'assistance vous motivent.

**Vos tâches :**

- Vous êtes responsable des tâches générales de secrétariat, dont la gestion de la poste, du service téléphonique et de l'accueil - Vous coordonnez et organisez les séances, les rendez-vous ainsi que les obligations professionnelles du directeur et de la secrétaire générale - Vous coordonnez les procédures de corapport - Vous participez à l'encadrement des apprenti-e-s

**Votre profil :**

- Vous disposez d'une formation commerciale de base ou d'une formation équivalente - Vous travaillez de manière autonome et précise, tout en faisant preuve d'un sens aigu du service et de la qualité - Vous connaissez les processus de l'administration publique, un atout - Vous maîtrisez l'allemand et vous possédez une bonne connaissance du français (au moins niveau B2)

**Secrétariat général**

Le Secrétariat général (SG) assiste le directeur de l'instruction publique et de la culture dans l'accomplissement de ses tâches. En qualité d'état-major, il coordonne les activités des offices et des sections et examine l'ensemble des projets et des propositions soumis au directeur de l'instruction publique et de la culture.

Le Secrétariat de Direction est rattaché à l'État-major de la Direction, qui est responsable des affaires du Conseil-exécutif et du Grand Conseil et qui organise la collaboration avec les services des commis-sions, au sein du Secrétariat général. Il assiste en outre les responsables de la Direction de l'instruction publique et de la culture pour les questions d'organisation.
