Pour compléter notre petite équipe du Centre ACCES sur le site de Péry, nous recherchons un/e conseiller / conseillère pédagogique autonome et engagé/e, de 40 à 50% dès le 1er août 2027.

**Vos tâches**

* Analyser et évaluer des problématiques en milieu scolaire sur demande de collaboratrices et collaborateurs des écoles, propositions de remédiations, selon les cas. * Conseiller et accompagner pédagogiquement à la demande, pour les professionnels des écoles publiques bernoises francophones. * Mettre en œuvre et/ou prendre en charge des médiations entre enseignant-e-s, entre directions d'établissement et enseignant-e-s, entre enseignant-e-s et parents, entre enseignant-e-s et autorités scolaires. * Pratiquer l'approche pluridisciplinaire des situations, avec les collaborateurs et collaboratrices d'ACCES et les périphéries d'ACCES (HEP-BEJUNE, OECO, OSP, inspectorat, SPE, COMEO, experts divers). * Transmettre des informations au secrétaire général adjoint, notamment sur l'évolution du milieu scolaire et les champs de tension qui y apparaissent.

**Votre profil**

* Brevet ou diplôme dans le domaine de l'enseignement (école obligatoire ou secondaire II). Une formation complémentaire dans le domaine de la supervision est un atout. * Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans l'enseignement et le travail avec les adultes (accompagnement, suivi, médiation, gestion de conflits, formation de stagiaires et autres formations continues). * Une expérience de travail dans une direction d'établissement ou en réseau pluridisciplinaire est un plus. * Langue maternelle française avec de bonnes connaissances de l'allemand (niveau B1). * Le goût du service public, le sens de la négociation, la capacité à gérer des conflits, l'empathie et le sens des responsabilités sont les principales qualités requises pour ce poste.

Le Secrétariat général (SG) assiste le directeur de l'instruction publique et de la culture dans l'accomplissement de ses tâches. En qualité d'état-major, il coordonne les activités des offices et des sections et examine l'ensemble des projets et des propositions soumis au directeur de l' instruction publique et de la culture.

Le Centre ACCES (Accompagnement, Conseil, Consultation pour les Enseignantes, les Enseignants et les Etablissements Scolaires) du Secrétariat général de la Direction de l'instruction publique, sur le site de Péry, accompagne de façon individuelle ou collective les enseignantes et enseignants qui rencontrent des difficultés professionnelles et/ou qui souhaitent développer leurs compétences.
