Im [Departement Architektur, Holz und Bau](https://www.bfh.ch/ahb/de/) gestalten wir die gebaute Umwelt für die Zukunft. Mit Partnern aus Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft entwickeln wir impulsgebende Lösungen für nachhaltige Lebensräume und Infrastrukturen und lernen von der Natur über den Werkstoff Holz.

****Was Sie hier tun****

* Professionellen und freundlichen Empfang unserer Kundschaft vor Ort und am Telefon gewährleisten * Auskünfte erteilen, Kontakte vermitteln, Räume reservieren, Probleme lösen und Termine verwalten * Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben für das Departement Architektur, Holz und Bau wahrnehmen inkl. Materialbestellungen, tägliche Post bearbeiten * Weitere Dienstleistungen und Aufgaben für den Bereich Dienste Lehre nach Bedarf übernehmen * Arbeitszeit im Normalfall ein Tag pro Woche von 7.30 Uhr bis ca. 12.30 Uhr plus ganzwöchige Ferienvertretung im Team

****Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen****

* Kauffrau / Kaufmann EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung * Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung * Exakte, selbstständige und speditive Arbeitsweise, abgerundet mit einer raschen Auffassungsgabe und grosser Eigeninitiative * Gute Office-Kenntnisse und ein PC-Grundverständnis für das Bedienen von internen Programmen * Stilsicheres Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich) und mündliche Französischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
