Deine Role

  • Du identifizierst potenzielle Kunden im B2B-Bereich (SMBs, & Mid-Market und Enterprise).
  • Du stellst den Erstkontakt zu Entscheidungsträgern auf C-Level, Bereichs- oder Abteilungsleiter Ebene namhafter Unternehmen.
  • Du führst Discovery Calls und Erstgespräche, um Bedarf, Budget, Ansprechpersonen und Timing festzustellen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team aus Account Executives zusammen.
  • Du dokumentierst Deine Aktivitäten und alle wichtigen Informationen zu den Leads im CRM-System (Hubspot).
  • Du bringst Dich bei Sales Kampagnen und Outreach-Strategien ein.
  • Du hast Interesse Dich auch an andere angrenzende Sales Bereiche weiterzuentwicklen, die im nächsten Punkt beschrieben sind.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Sales und Business Development, idealerweise im SaaS- und B2B-Enterprise Umfeld.
  • Du hast keine Scheu den Hörer in die Hand zu nehmen – auch bei kalten Leads.
  • Du hast ein sicheres und souveränes Auftreten.
  • Du bist zielorientiert, hartnäckig und strukturiert – Absagen werfen dich nicht aus der Bahn.
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf C1-Niveau oder besser; Englisch verhandlungssicher.
  • Du bist teamfähig, da Du verstehst, dass Sales ein Mannschaftssport ist.
