The posting

In ons mechanisch atelier, uitgerust met een breed scala aan machines en gereedschappen, leveren we een uitgebreid assortiment aan metaalbewerkingen. Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een CNC draaier/frezer.

Wat ga je doen?

Als CNC draaier/frezer bewerk je complexe metalen werkstukken waarbij precisie en vakmanschap centraal staan. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces: van voorbereiding tot het eindresultaat. Je werkt voornamelijk aan enkelstuks, waardoor geen enkele dag hetzelfde is.

Je kiest zelfstandig de juiste bewerkingsstrategie, materialen en gereedschappen. Dankzij jouw kennis en ervaring kun je de juiste beslissingen nemen om tot een perfect eindresultaat te komen.

Onze installaties en werkstukken zijn vaak groot en zwaar. Daarom hechten we veel waarde aan een goede inwerkperiode en begeleiding. Na deze periode verwachten we dat je jouw werkzaamheden zelfstandig uitvoert, uiteraard met inachtneming van alle geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Wat ga je zoal doen?

  • Je bewerkt metalen werkstukken met behulp van een draai/kotterbank en freesmachines;
  • Je stelt gereedschappen in;
  • Je maakt en bedenkt opspanningen;
  • Je optimaliseert het freesproces voortdurend;
  • Je roept CNC programma’s op, wijzigt en schrijft deze eveneens;
  • Het beogen van de eigen veiligheid en uiteraard ook de veiligheid van je collega’s.

Wat breng je mee in ons team?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma mechanische vormgevingstechnieken en/of meerdere jaren ervaring als draaier/frezer/kotteraar;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de CNC sturing Heidenhain
  • Je bent gebeten door techniek (mechanica/elektromechanica);
  • Je bent goed in het lezen van technische tekeningen;
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die autonoom kan werken.

Je hebt een kennis van:

  1. Verspanende bewerkingen: draaien, frezen, kotteren, tappen & boren;
  2. Sturingen: Siemens & Heidenhain;
  3. Diverse meetapparatuur.
