Als Senior Project Manager ben je financieel en operationeel verantwoordelijk voor meerdere werven en/of projecten. Hierbij zorg je voor een optimale inzet van mensen en materieel op de meest kostenefficiënte manier en een goed behoud van klantenrelaties.

Wat ga je zoal doen?

  • Voorstellen van jaarlijkse budgetten en behalen van gebudgetteerde resultaten.
  • Tijdige en complete aanlevering van gegevens voor budgetten en financiële rapportages.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor operationele bedrijfsvoering en efficiënte inzet van mensen en materialen.
  • Streven naar hoge klanttevredenheid en veiligheid.
  • Bevorderen van een veilig werkklimaat en naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Beheer en onderhoud van klantcontacten.
  • Signaleren van klantbehoeftes en verhogen van omzet bij bestaande klanten.
  • Samenwerken met sales voor offertes voor nieuwe klanten en projecten.
  • Leidinggeven aan projectmanagers, projectleiders en werfleiders en zorgen voor de benodigde deskundigheid en ervaring binnen het team.
  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van strategische klantenrelaties bij zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten.
  • Opstellen, onderhandelen en afsluiten van offertes en contracten tot €1,5 miljoen voor small projects.
  • Actief bijdragen aan business development en omzetgroei binnen de regio.
  • Realiseren van de vooropgestelde omzet-, marge- en veiligheidsdoelstellingen.
  • Maximaliseren van de waarde van bestaande raamcontracten en onderhoudscontracten.
  • Tijdig voorbereiden en succesvol verlengen van aflopende contracten.
  • Opzetten van een langetermijnstrategie voor verdere groei van de unit.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van Bilfinger bij klanten, netwerkevents en commerciële besprekingen.

Wat breng je mee in ons team?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in de ingenieurswetenschappen (vb. elektromechanica of welding engineering). Of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in industriële projecten, maintenance of shutdowns.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met budgetten boven €15 miljoen.
  • Ervaring in commerciële onderhandelingen en contractmanagement.
  • Sterk zakelijk inzicht in omzet, marge, cashflow en risicobeheer.
  • Uitstekende netwerkvaardigheden en bewezen succes in klantenontwikkeling.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams van meer dan 50 medewerkers.
  • Resultaatgericht met een duidelijke focus op groei en winstgevendheid
  • Je hebt ervaring in projectmanagement en hebt kennis over piping en mechanical.
  • Je bent een people manager: je motiveert, inspireert, en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je bent hands-on en pragmatisch, en behoudt het overzicht over uitgebreide en multi-site werkzaamheden.
  • Je bent analytisch en hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen. Je bent nauwgezet in het opvolgen van cijfers en het maken van rapportages.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis Nederlands, Engels. Kennis Frans is een pluspunt
