Ben jij een ervaren structural engineer die klaar is voor de volgende stap? Als Lead Structural Engineer bij Bilfinger combineer je technische diepgang met coaching van je team. Je bent niet alleen de expert die complexe constructieve vraagstukken oplost, maar ook de persoon die junior en medior collega's begeleidt en het team naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je maakt en beoordeelt constructieve ontwerpen voor nieuwe gebouwen of delen van fabrieken, en voor aanpassingen aan bestaande installaties.
  • Je stuurt constructeurs en modelleurs aan en vervult hierin een coachende rol: je ondersteunt en begeleidt je team zodat iedereen kan groeien en excelleren.
  • Je bent betrokken bij projecten van ideefase tot oplevering.
  • Je voert stabiliteitsstudies uit en beoordeelt deze voor piperacks, onderstations, transformatorfunderingen, GIS-gebouwen en stalen draagconstructies.
  • Je voert structurele berekeningen uit en stelt technische nota's en ontwerpbeschrijvingen op.
  • Je bepaalt materiaalhoeveelheden als basis voor de kostenraming door de Cost Estimator.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met modelleurs/tekenaars aan 3D-ontwerp en tekeningen.
  • Je stemt intensief af met collega's van andere disciplines zoals werktuigbouw, gebouwinstallaties en elektrotechniek.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar informatie over bestaande constructies ter plaatse — vaak een boeiende puzzel die ook kleinere opdrachten uitdagend maakt.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een afgeronde masteropleiding Bouwkunde of Civiele Techniek (richting Constructies), of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5-8 jaar relevante werkervaring in civiele of constructieve techniek binnen industriële, energie-, nutsvoorzieningen- of infrastructuurprojecten.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen of coachen van (junior) engineers is een sterke pre.
  • Kennis van SCIA Software.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van constructieve berekeningsrapporten voor beton- en staalconstructies.
  • Je bent een krachtige gesprekspartner en relatiebouwer die moeiteloos vertrouwen wint en anderen weet te overtuigen en te inspireren.
  • Je bent in staat je eigen werk én dat van je team te plannen en organiseren.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een plus.
