  • End-to-end user experience: Our product is not just the genetic testing panel but the entire experience of ordering a test, sending the blood sample, and receiving the result. You are responsible for designing and delivering the most seamless and delightful user experience for the entire process, together with a UX designer and other stakeholders.
  • Program management: You are responsible for getting the product to the finish line by mobilizing relevant internal and external resources. This can involve many elements of general project and program management tasks such as driving timelines, getting stakeholders to agree on a solution, sourcing external vendors, etc.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
