We operate a fleet of several hundred heavy-duty trucks and run integrated business lines across freight, fintech, and technology platforms.

About the role We are looking for a Mid-Level or Senior SDR (Sales Development Representative) to work on-site at our office in Joinville. The person will be responsible for the top of the sales funnel, including prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling meetings for the Sales team. This role requires agility, the ability to handle a high volume of activities, and a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets (calls, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities).

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule closing meetings for the Closers.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for activities, transfers, and SQLs.
  • Keep the CRM 100% up to date, including activities, pipeline stages, and lead notes.
  • Proven experience as a Mid-Level or Senior SDR/BDR (approximately 1.6+ years), preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, and ability to handle objections.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, results-driven mindset, proactivity, and openness to feedback.
  • Required: Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
  • Nice to have: Experience in logistics, transportation, or fintech.
