The posting

Biltema er i gang med et spændende væksteventyr, og det eventyr vil vi gerne have dig med på. Har du lyst til at gøre en forskel for vores kunder? Trives du med dialog, løsninger og god energi? Så er det måske dig, vi søger til vores landsdækkende kundeservice.

Stillingen er på deltid med 8–15 timer om ugen. Arbejdstiden ligger på hverdage mellem kl. 7:30 – 17:00. Du kan glæde dig til at blive en del af et stærkt team i Slagelse, hvor vi har højt til loftet og altid plads til humor og smil, selvom vi har travlt.

DINE ARBEJDSOPGAVER

Som kundeservicemedarbejder bliver du en vigtig del af kundernes oplevelse med Biltema. Dine primære opgaver vil være:

  • Besvare henvendelser via telefon, mail og chat
  • Sikr en respektfuld og konstruktiv dialog med vores kunder på sociale medier
  • Løse ad hoc opgaver i samarbejde med andre afdelinger

Du er med til at sikre høj kundetilfredshed og fungerer som ambassadør for Biltemas værdier og serviceniveau.

  • Lyst til at hjælpe kunder og finde gode løsninger
