Für unseren Kunden in der Nähe von Niederbipp suchen wir für eine Festanstellung per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Goods Preparation Manager (m/w/d).

Aufgabenbreich

  • Erfahren in der Logistik: Sie bringen Führungserfahrung in Logistik, Lager oder Kommissionierung mit, idealerweise im Pharma- oder Healthcare-Umfeld, und sind bereit, abends zu arbeiten.
  • Kommunikationsstark: Mit Logistikdienstleistern, Fahrern und internen Stellen sprechen Sie klar und lösungsorientiert, und Abweichungen sprechen Sie offen an.
  • Qualitätsbewusst: Sie arbeiten genau und halten GDP-Vorgaben konsequent ein, zum Beispiel bei der Kontrolle von BTM und Kühlwaren oder bei der Prüfung von Sendungen anhand der Ladelisten.
  • Durchsetzungsstark: Sie führen ein Team aus festangestellten und temporären Mitarbeitenden klar, fair und konsequent, auch wenn es am Abend hektisch wird.
  • Organisationstalent: Einsatz-, Schicht- und Ferienplanung haben Sie im Griff, und Sie behalten auch bei Verspätungen oder Engpässen den Überblick.
  • Entscheidungsfreudig: Wenn im Abendablauf etwas schiefläuft, ergreifen Sie selbständig Massnahmen, von der Umverteilung des Personals über eine Warensperrung bis zur Tourenfreigabe.
  • Technisch affin: Sie arbeiten sicher mit MS Office, besonders mit Excel und Word. Erfahrung mit SAP oder Lagersystemen ist ein Plus.
  • Prozessorientiert: Sie hinterfragen Abläufe, setzen Verbesserungen um und halten Ihr Team über SOPs und Schulungen fit.
