Anwaltsassistentin / Anwaltsassistenten (60–80%)

Sie mögen Organisation, behalten auch dann den Überblick, wenn es einmal hektisch wird, haben eine positive Einstellung und schätzen ein Umfeld, in dem man sich aufeinander verlassen kann? Dann könnten Sie gut zu uns passen.

Gemeinsam mit unserem bestehenden Assistenzteam sorgen Sie dafür, dass unser Kanzleialltag rund läuft und unterstützen unser Team in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben. Sie betreuen unseren Empfang, bearbeiten Korrespondenz und Rechtsschriften, führen die Fristenkontrolle und übernehmen die Rechnungsstellung. Je nach Interesse und Erfahrung besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, Aufgaben im Bewerbungsmanagement zu übernehmen.

Was Sie mitbringen? Eine sorgfältige und selbständige Arbeitsweise, Freude an organisatorischen Aufgaben sowie eine dienstleistungsorientierte Haltung. Sie kommunizieren stilsicher auf Deutsch und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse. Erfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion – idealerweise in einer Kanzlei – ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
