  • In der Rolle Sales Consultant mit Schwerpunkt B2B-Software verantwortest du den Vertriebserfolg des Unternehmens mit unseren B2B-Lösungen in deiner Region.
  • Dein Fokus liegt auf Neugeschäft und Wachstum, das Management deiner Bestandskunden wird über die Zeit auch zu deinen Aufgaben gehören.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere ambitionierten Wachstumsziele in den Zielsegmenten und Zielbranchen des Mittelstands sowie der öffentlichen Hand erreicht werden.
  • Du entwickelst mit deinen Kollegen das vertriebliche Vorgehen in unseren Märkten weiter.
  • Du erarbeitest und pflegst eigenständig eine belastbare Sales-Pipeline für deinen gesamten Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Du bringst Dich aktiv ein, um die Lösungen für unsere Kunden gezielt weiterzuentwickeln und noch besser auf unsere Zielsegmente zuzuschneiden.
  • Du bist bereit, für dein Vertriebsgebiet für bestimmte Zielgruppen/Branchen die Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Dein Profil

  • Wir erwarten einen Menschen, für den Vertrieb eine echte Herzensangelegenheit ist und der in seinen bisherigen Stationen nachgewiesen hat, dass er im B2B-Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Softwareprodukte erfolgreich sein kann.
  • Wir erwarten darüber hinaus eine Persönlichkeit, die sowohl die "Hunter-" als auch die "Farmer-" Rolle spielen kann, d.h. sowohl die Gewinnung von Neukunden als auch der Ausbau der Bestandskunden ist Teil deiner DNA.
  • Du erkennst neue Potenziale und gibst klare Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Leistungsangebotes.
  • Du besitzt eine mehrjährige Erfahrung sowie die erforderlichen Qualifikationen.
  • Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, besitzt eine sehr hohe Eigenmotivation und brennst für den Vertriebs- und Markterfolg des Unternehmens.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, gleichzeitig aber auch bereit, als Leader für bestimmte Zielgruppen oder Branchen voranzugehen.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
