Willkommen auf dem Biohof Zug Anbau – Hofladen - Café – Schüür 59

Hier wächst seit über 30 Jahren nicht nur biologisch angebautes Gemüse, sondern auch ganz viel Herzblut. Wir bewirtschaften unseren Hof mit Überzeugung & Leidenschaft und pflanzen Gemüse, Kräuter, Obst und Beeren an. Was bei uns auf dem Feld gedeiht, landet direkt in unserem Hofladen oder wird in der Küche liebevoll weiterverarbeitet.

Das Herzstück ist unsere wunderschön ausgebaute Scheune, die Schüür 59. Tagsüber findest du hier unseren Hofladen und unser Café, abends und am Wochenende wird sie zum Festsaal. Wir verwöhnen unsere Kundschaft und Gäste ausschliesslich mit biologischen Produkten frisch vom Hof oder von regionalen Partnern, zu denen wir einen jahrelangen Austausch pflegen . Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen

Chef de Service (m/w/d) Pensum 30%, ab Januar 2027 60% Einstieg per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Deine Aufgaben – mit Herz, Engagement und Freude

Du liebst es, wenn ein Tag im Café oder ein Anlass perfekt läuft und die Gäste mit einem Lächeln nach Hause gehen? Als Schlüsselfunktion im Service führst du dein Team mit Herz und Klarheit, hast im lebhaften Café-Alltag ebenso wie an Festen alles im Blick und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Besuch bei uns etwas Besonderes wird.

Deine Aufgaben: Du prägst den Café-Alltag mit deinem Team (Montag bis Freitag 08:30-18:00 & Samstag 08:30-15:00) Du bereitest Kaffeespezialitäten mit Sorgfalt zu und sorgst dafür, dass auch dein Team an der Kaffeemaschine sattelfest ist Du leitest den Service im Café-Alltag ebenso wie an unseren Anlässen in der Schüür 59, vom Samstagsbrunch bis zur Hochzeit Du verantwortest Mise en place, Getränke- und Weinservice, Kasse und Abrechnung Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, um Abläufe und das Gästeerlebnis laufend weiterzuentwickeln Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Hygiene gemäss unserem Hygienekonzept

Du bringst mit: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, idealerweise sowohl im Tagesgeschäft als auch im Bankett - oder Eventbereich Ein gutes Gespür für Gäste und einen hohen Anspruch an Qualität Ein Flair für guten Kaffee, oder die Lust, dich darin zu vertiefen Organisationstalent und einen kühlen Kopf, im Café-Trubel genauso wie an grösseren Anlässen Eine bewusste Haltung zu Nachhaltigkeit, Bio und regionalem Genuss
