This role combines customer relationship management, logistics coordination, problem-solving and operational excellence. You will act as a trusted point of contact for customers while collaborating with internal specialists and global partners to design and manage shipment solutions that make a meaningful impact on scientific research and healthcare outcomes.

We welcome applicants from a variety of logistics and customer-focused backgrounds who can demonstrate the capability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities Overview:

  • Investigate customer concerns and complaints, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Assist in the delivery of temperature-controlled and specialist logistics solutions.
  • Ensure all shipments comply with applicable customs, dangerous goods, quality and security requirements.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota to support critical customer shipments.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with complex operational data
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining service quality
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when required.

The following are highly desirable but not essential:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
