Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Teamleiter Electrical Design \& Electrical Assembly. In dieser Funktion führst Du die Teams Electrical Design und Electrical Assembly fachlich, organisatorisch und personell und stellst die termingerechte sowie normenkonforme Umsetzung unserer Projekte sicher. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team entwickelst Du unsere Engineering\- und Montageprozesse weiter und sorgst für hohe Qualität, Planbarkeit und Effizienz.

Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten sind:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Teams Electrical Design und Electrical Assembly
  • Verantwortung für die Kapazitäts\-, Ressourcen\- und Einsatzplanung der ELDE\- und ELAS\-Ressourcen sowie frühzeitiges Erkennen von Engpässen und Projektabweichungen
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Weiterentwicklung der Engineering\-Prozesse mit Fokus auf den Übergang von einer seitenblattorientierten Denkweise zu einer funktions\- und anlagenorientierten Strukturierung der Elektrodokumentation
  • Applikationsverantwortung für Zuken E³ inklusive Definition und Durchsetzung von Standards \& Arbeitsmethoden
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Prüfung von Elektroschemas, Stücklisten \& technischen Dokumentationen
  • Fachliche Führung der Elektromontage und Sicherstellung einer hohen Ausführungsqualität auf den Baustellen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten Normen und Vorschriften, insbesondere CE, Maschinenrichtlinie, IEC/EN, UL, ATEX sowie funktionale Sicherheit (PL/SIL)
  • Mitwirkung bei technischen Reviews, Risikoanalysen und Standardisierungsinitiativen
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen, Werkzeugen und Kennzahlen zur Verbesserung von Transparenz, Planbarkeit und Effizienz

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Automatiker EFZ oder vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF/FH in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Automation oder Systemtechnik
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Maschinen\-, Anlagen\- oder Pharmaanlagenbau
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Elektromontage als auch im Electrical Design
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Elektroschemas, im Schaltschrankbau sowie in der Durchführung und Organisation von Elektromontagen
  • Sehr gutes Fachwissen in den Bereichen CE, Maschinenrichtlinie, ATEX, UL, IEC/EN sowie funktionale Sicherheit
  • Hohe organisatorische Kompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Ressourcen\-, Kapazitäts\- und Einsatzplanung
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
