Sie möchten als Betriebsleiter (all) die Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb, Wartung und Optimierung der Biogasanlage in Angermünde übernehmen, Ihr Team fachlich führen und landwirtschaftliche Partnerschaften aktiv gestalten? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, Sie kennenzulernen.

Möglichkeiten zur Mitgestaltung

  • Betrieb & Verantwortung: Sie sichern den reibungslosen Betrieb der Biogasanlage Angermünde und leisten damit einen direkten Beitrag zur Energiewende.
  • Fachliche Führung: Sie leiten das Bewirtschafter-Team, koordinieren Abläufe und sorgen damit für einen sicheren und effizienten Anlagenbetrieb.
  • Landwirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit: Sie gestalten die Arbeit mit den landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben aktiv mit und tragen damit direkt dazu bei, dass unsere Anlagen zuverlässig Energie produzieren.
  • Genehmigungsprozesse: Sie stellen sicher, dass Genehmigungen und Umweltvorgaben eingehalten werden, und tragen so zu einem verantwortungsvollen Betrieb bei.
  • Anlagenbetrieb: Sie koordinieren und übernehmen Wartung, Instandhaltung, Bewirtschaftung und Optimierung, damit unsere Biogasanlagen langfristig zuverlässig Energie liefern.

Was wir uns wünschen

  • Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Techniker/Meister (all), abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Agrarwissenschaften oder Umwelttechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch einschlägige Berufspraxis.
  • Fachliche Basis: Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse, unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein gutes Verständnis für landwirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
  • Berufserfahrung: Relevante praktische Erfahrung in der Biogasbranche ist wünschenswert.
  • Technisches Verständnis: Handwerkliche Vielseitigkeit und ausgeprägtes technisches Know-how für den Anlagenbetrieb.
  • Persönliche Eigenschaften: Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Mobilität im regionalen Einsatzgebiet.

Diese Position passt besonders zu Bewerber*innen, die Berufserfahrung im Biogassektor mitbringen, z. B. als Anlagenmanager Biogas (all), Betriebsleiter Biogasanlagen (all), Technischer Betriebsleiter (all), Teamleiter Anlagenbetrieb (all), Meister/Techniker Landwirtschaft & Energie (all).
