  • Serve as the single point of contact for protocols, participating in study management team meetings.
  • Coordinate with Asset Planners to communicate finished goods demand and support protocol development.
  • Implement data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve workforce efficiency.
  • Maintain study inspection readiness and represent CDS during regulatory inspections.
  • Serve as a backup to other Supply Managers as needed and engage in cross-functional projects.
  • Accountable for import license management and ensure protocol compliance.

Who You Are:

You possess a strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across various stakeholders. You thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Your problem-solving mindset allows you to navigate complex supply chain challenges effortlessly. You are passionate about innovation and are driven to implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency. Your holistic understanding of clinical development processes and supply chain management makes you an invaluable asset to the team.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain with at least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and supply chain knowledge.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
