Como Técnico/a I, serás un apoyo fundamental para los coordinadores de prueba en la preparación, ejecución y supervisión de ensayos experimentales. Tu trabajo garantizará la calidad de los datos, el bienestar animal y el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas de cultivo, permitiendo que nuestros proyectos avancen con precisión y excelencia.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar y apoyar pruebas experimentales, incluyendo preparación de materiales, toma de muestras y registro de datos.
  • Monitorear parámetros de calidad de agua y estado de salud de los animales durante los ensayos.
  • Operar, limpiar y mantener sistemas RAS y áreas experimentales, asegurando altos estándares de higiene.
  • Manejar dietas experimentales, químicos y probióticos, verificando consumos y realizando ajustes.
  • Supervisar actividades semanales de operarios y reportar novedades, daños o necesidades de insumos.

Lo que buscamos en ti

Buscamos a alguien con pasión por la acuacultura, atención al detalle y compromiso con el trabajo experimental. Una persona que disfrute del trabajo en equipo, que sea proactiva y que mantenga altos estándares éticos y operativos.

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Tecnología o tercer niven en Ing. acuícola, biología, veterinaria, agronomía o áreas afines.
  • Conocimiento en procesos de producción acuícola y manejo de camarón Penaeus vannamei. ( Mandatorio).
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en producción de camarón. (Mandatorio).
  • Capacidad para realizar análisis básicos en fresco y resolver problemas operativos simples.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
  • Experiencia previa en sistemas RAS o experimentación científica.
  • Formación adicional en bioseguridad, bienestar animal o manejo de datos.

Lugar de trabajo: Duran, Guayas.

Tipo de contrato: Indefinido.
