Atuar com a linha Surgery - Selantes e Hemostáticos cirúrgico

  • Planejar, executar e avaliar as visitas semanais e treinamentos aos clientes visando a divulgação de tecnologias, atendimentos de demandas existentes e geração de novas demandas visando os objetivos da Biomig.
  • Auxiliar o vendedor nas demonstrações de produtos médico-hospitalares, com o objetivo de ressaltar os benefícios que serão agregados aos processos dos clientes com aquisições de nova tecnologia.
  • Treinar as equipes dos clientes para o manuseio adequado e conservação dos produtos.
  • Realizar treinamento e qualificação de equipamentos nos clientes, seguindo todos os processos estabelecidos no manual de procedimentos da Biomig.
  • Controlar os equipamentos em uso, verificando o sua produtividade adequada e solicitar manutenções preventivas e corretivas ou reposição quando necessário.
  • Utilizar e ter um mbom desempenho com as plataformas, materiais e equipamentos comerciais, fazer uso adequado e conservação dos materiais e equipamentos de apoio às atividades .
  • Planejar e coordenar as ações de treinamento e divulgação de produtos através de catálogos, e-mails, visitas e outros meios mantendo efetiva relação técnica com os clientes.
  • Desenvolver o conhecimento sobre a evolução dos produtos já conhecidos e de novos produtos, das práticas técnicas, aumentando a qualidade e eficiência nos serviços prestados e consequentemente os resultados empresariais.
  • Estar atento as oportunidades e relatar ao vendedor ou gestor da região para seguirem com a demanda;
  • Alimentar o Portal de Produtividade, planilhas e ou relatórios solicitados com as visitas realizadas diariamente e manter o cadastro de pessoas de contatos (médicos, farmacêuticos, enfermeiros, compradores e outros) além de outros meios solicitados pela empresa
  • Acompanhar cirurgias;
  • Fazer treinamento de uso do produto, principalmente no início da implantação da tecnologia;
  • Esclarecer dúvidas dos usuários;
  • Visitar consultórios médicos;
  • Visitar os médicos no centro cirúrgico dos hospitais;
  • Levantar e gerar demanda de uso do produto no pós vendas;
  • Acompanhar médicos de todas as especialidades possíveis que fazem cirurgia com alto índice de sangramento (cardiovascular, ortopedista, coluna, neurocirurgia, urologia, cirurgião em geral);

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Enfermagem ou Tecnico de Enfermagem
  • Desejavel formação em Intrumentação Cirúrgica;
  • Experiência com instrumentação cirúrgia ou em bloco cirúrgico;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens para cidades do Sul de Minas e Zona da Mata;
  • Ter veículo próprio;
  • Mínimo 1 ano de CNH;
