Role: Insurance Administrator Location: London Liverpool Street Office (Hybrid)

To support our continued growth and exciting plans, we’re looking for a Insurance Administrator to join our Insurance Technical Team.

As the Insurance Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of our Technical Team, offering support to the insurance broking teams by managing processes that ensure a smooth and reliable journey for our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for ensuring business and customer processes are accurate and up to date.

In this role, you’ll be:

  • Assessing that the correct procedures and disclosures have been made to our insurer partners on policies that have been sold
  • Providing feedback to colleagues where issues have been identified and ensuring that any fixes are completed in a timely fashion
  • Prepare daily and monthly report sales and insurer reports
  • Provide support to sales agents through taking referrals
  • Interacting with the training team to highlight where development issues have been identified
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that our high-quality standards are always adhered too
  • Assisting the Commercial team in building new controls for our other processes around our voice and non-voice renewal journeys
  • Support with the collation of our information and slides for our weekly “technical buzz” sessions
  • Design, develop and maintain our new Insurance Intranet pages adding new content as the Commercial team create it

About you:

This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active individual to be part of a friendly and high performing team, you’ll also be:

  • Can deliver on KPI’s in fast paced environment
  • Act with the highest ethical standards due to the regulatory environment within the Insurance team
  • Able to work the basics of Microsoft office products, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Laser focused in your attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic with a positive/can-do mindset

Our Interview Process

  • Video Interview: If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to complete three short video questions, giving you the opportunity to tell us more about yourself, your experience and why you’re interested in joining Bionic.
  • Interview: Successful candidates will then meet with members of our Insurance Technical Team for an interview to discuss your experience and get to know you better.
