The posting

Lead new product introduction and technology transfer programs from business case to launch for a drug product development team at a leading biotechnology company in Juncos, Puerto Rico.

What you'll do

  • Build integrated schedules, resource plans, risk registers and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional NPI and tech transfer teams.
  • Manage change control and project controls on capital work.
  • Report progress and risks to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree + 6 years of project management (or Master's + 4, or PhD + 2) in pharma/biotech.
  • NPI, technology transfer or commercialization programs.
  • Change control and capital projects.
  • Process validation background is a plus.

Benefits
