Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recherchons un·e Infirmier·ère libéral·e, basé·e à Sens, en capacité de réaliser des électroencéphalogrammes (EEG) standards et longue durée aux domiciles des patients et en centre de santé.

Après une formation dispensée par nos équipes de soins, vous interviendrez auprès de patients de tous âges (nourrissons, enfants, adultes), dans le respect des bonnes pratiques professionnelles et des exigences de qualité.

Missions principales :

Réalisation des EEG standards et longue durée

Assurer les enregistrements conformément aux prescriptions médicales et aux protocoles en vigueur.

Saisie de l’activité et suivi administratif

Renseigner les éléments nécessaires à la traçabilité des examens, à la facturation et au suivi de l’activité.

Respect des procédures et traçabilité

Appliquer et contribuer au respect des procédures internes et des bonnes pratiques professionnelles.

Entretien du matériel

Assurer la maintenance courante et le bon état de fonctionnement du matériel utilisé.

Paramétrage des examens

Adapter les paramètres d’exploration en fonction des indications médicales et de l’état clinique du patient.

Communication avec l’équipe médicale

Transmettre les informations utiles aux médecins et aux équipes soignantes.

Autonomie sur site

Intervenir de manière autonome au domicile des patients, avec un sens aigu de l’organisation.

Profil :

· Infirmier·ère Diplômé·e d’État (IDE) exerçant en libéral

· Capacité à instaurer une relation de confiance avec les patients et leurs familles

· Communication claire, bienveillante et professionnelle

· Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et souci du détail

· Respect strict de la confidentialité, avec une attention particulière à l’identito-vigilance

· Respect des normes de qualité, sécurité et hygiène

· Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire

· Aisance avec les outils informatiques nécessaires à la gestion de l’activité
