The posting

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Finance / Contrôle de gestion, le/la stagiaire participera activement au suivi de la performance financière et à l’amélioration des outils de pilotage.

Missions principales :

  • Collecter, vérifier et consolider les données financières et opérationnelles issues des différents outils et interlocuteurs internes, afin d’assurer un suivi fiable et structuré de l’activité.
  • Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour des tableaux de bord, indicateurs de performance (KPI) et reportings périodiques, en contribuant à leur amélioration, leur lisibilité et, lorsque possible, à leur automatisation.
  • Contribuer aux clôtures mensuelles, en appui de l’équipe, notamment sur la préparation des données, les contrôles de cohérence et la production de reportings de suivi.
  • Analyser les écarts entre les prévisions et les réalisations, identifier les principaux facteurs explicatifs et formaliser des analyses synthétiques à destination de l’équipe et du management.
  • Participer ponctuellement à des projets transverses liés au pilotage de la performance, à l’optimisation des processus ou à l’amélioration des outils de suivi.

Profil recherché :

  • Étudiant(e) en Master (Finance, Comptabilité, Contrôle de Gestion).
  • Bonne maîtrise d’Excel (TCD, formules…) et des outils bureautiques.
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur et sens du détail.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement
  • Stage de césure ou fin d'étude
  • Stage de 6 mois à pourvoir entre Janvier et Juillet 2027
