Construir e evoluir as capacidades de IA compartilhadas da plataforma, com qualidade, rastreabilidade, segurança, troca de modelos e controle de custos.Responsabilidades e atribuições● Desenhar orquestração, RAG, memória, roteamento de modelos, contexto, ferramentas e políticas comuns.● Criar padrões de prompt, contratos de agentes, datasets de avaliação e thresholds mínimos.● Implementar guardrails, observabilidade de IA, fallback, limites e versionamento de modelo, prompt, dados e ferramentas.● Avaliar provedores, modelos e configurações por qualidade, latência, custo, retenção e risco.● Apoiar agentes e casos complexos sem incorporar customizações específicas ao core sem evidência de reuso.● Investigar falhas, alucinações, prompt injection, memory poisoning e comportamento inesperado.Entregas esperadas● Serviços e componentes reutilizáveis de IA para a plataforma.● Framework de evals, catálogo de modelos e políticas de uso.● Dashboards de qualidade, custo, latência e falhas de IA.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prática com LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agentes, tool calling e avaliação de IA.● Boa base de engenharia de software, APIs, Python e operação de serviços em produção.● Conhecimento de segurança de IA, privacidade, observabilidade e otimização de custo.● Capacidade de testar hipóteses e documentar limitações, não apenas demonstrar prompts.Diferenciais● Experiência com LLMOps, gateways de modelos, evaluation platforms ou red team de IA.● Conhecimento de modelos open source e infraestrutura de inferência.Indicadores de sucesso● Task success, groundedness, precisão e segurança nos evals do core.● Custo e latência por tarefa bem-sucedida.● Tempo para trocar modelo ou reverter versão sem regressão crítica.Interfaces principais: Tech Lead, Solution Architect, Data Engineer, Factory Agents, QA e DevOps.
