Oportunidade para ANALISTA DE S&OP PL Com sede em Curitiba/PRVenha fazer parte do nosso #BioTeam!Missão:Realizar tarefas de análise e planejamento de demanda S&OE e S&OP, preparação de relatórios, checagem de informações com Vendas, Inteligência de Mercado e Operações. Colaborar em reuniões S&OP com time de Vendas, Inteligência de Mercado e Supply, suprindo com o processo com inputs capturados durante a construção do plano de vendas. Atuar na construção dos indicadores de previsão e erros de demanda – (Forecast Accuracy e Bias, MAPE e entre outros). Desenhar e analisar cenários futuros e identificar possíveis restrições, controlar e atualizar KPIs da área de Operações.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades:Conduzir reuniões mensais com equipe de Vendas e Inteligência de Mercado (Pré-S&OP) para coletar dados quantitativos e qualitativos, e analisar estes dados frente ao Budget/Forecast;Identificar junto a equipe, variáveis que afetam o processo produtivo e garantir que estas sejam consideradas no planejamento tático e operacional da produção, e elas sejam disponibilizados e discutidas com as áreas responsáveis (produção/manutenção/compras/etc.);Realizar tarefas de análise e planejamento de demanda (S&OP), preparação de relatórios, checagem de informações com Vendas, Inteligência de Mercado e Operações;Colaborar em reuniões S&OP com time de Vendas, Inteligência de Mercado e Supply, suprindo o líder do processo com inputs capturados durante a construção do plano de vendas;Atuar na construção dos indicadores de previsão e erros de demanda – (Forecast Accuracy e Bias, MAPE e entre outros);Desenhar e analisar cenários futuros e identificar possíveis restrições, controlar e atualizar KPIs da área de Operações.Controle de transferência entre filiais (DRP) Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar você precisa ter:Ensino superior completo em Administração ou Engenharia de Produção, ou áreas a fins.
