Bird & Bird är en internationell advokatbyrå med 34 kontor i 24 länder. Vi arbetar i en värld som formas av teknik, innovation och reglering och vill vara med och driva utvecklingen av framtidens juridiska tjänster.

Vår Corporate-grupp arbetar med M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Capital Markets, bolagsrätt och strategiska samarbeten. Vi arbetar nära våra klienter och tillsammans med kollegor inom andra rättsområden och branscher, både i Sverige och internationellt.

Om rollen

Som biträdande jurist i vår Corporate-grupp blir du en del av ett team där du tidigt får arbeta nära både klienter, delägare och mer erfarna jurister. Du kommer framför allt att arbeta med förvärv, försäljningar, investeringar, bolagsrätt och ägarfrågor, ofta i internationella sammanhang.

Hos oss får du möjlighet att utvecklas i takt med att du blir mer erfaren, ta successivt större ansvar och på sikt fördjupa dig inom de områden som intresserar dig mest. Du får också tillgång till lokala och internationella utbildningar och möjlighet att bygga ett nätverk långt utanför Stockholm.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som har 0–3 års relevant juridisk erfarenhet och som vill utvecklas inom Corporate. Du är nyfiken på både juridiken och affären bakom den och vill växa i rollen som rådgivare.

  • gillar att arbeta med kvalificerade frågor tillsammans med andra
  • är nyfiken, ansvarstagande och mån om att leverera med hög kvalitet
  • vill ge tydliga, affärsmässiga och praktiska råd
  • trivs med att bygga relationer med klienter och kollegor
  • uttrycker dig mycket väl på svenska och engelska.
