DIE POSITION Die Beschaffung unseres Mandanten befindet sich in einer Phase der strukturellen und strategischen Weiterentwicklung.

Neben der Sicherstellung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts sollen wesentliche Grundlagen für eine leistungsfähige, strategisch ausgerichtete Beschaffungsorganisation geschaffen werden.

IHRE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTUNG Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Einkaufsteams

Sicherstellung der operativen Beschaffungsfähigkeit

Klärung der Verantwortlichkeiten, Rollen und Prioritäten

Enge, regelmäßige Absstimmung mit dem COO

Strukturierte Bewertung von Organisation, Prozessen, Warengruppen, und Lieferantenbasis

Segmentierung und Bewertung des Lieferanten- und Warengruppenportfolios

Aufbau eines schlanken KPI- und Review-Systems

Identifikation und Priorisierung wesentlicher Verbesserungspotentiale

Entwicklung, bzw. Schärfung von Warengruppenstrategien für Rohwaren, Verpackungsmaterialien und Versorgungsrisiken

Bewertung und Reduzierung kritischer Single-Source-Abhängigkeiten

Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung des Target Operating Models

Strukturierung der Beschaffungsprozesse End-to-End

Berücksichtigung der ERP-Landschaft

IHR PROFIL Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im strategischen und operativen Einkauf, (FMCG, Consumer Health, Pharma oder vergleichbar)

Erfahrung in der Transformation/Professionalisierung von Beschaffungsorganisationen

Sehr gutes Verständnis von Category Management, strategischem Sourcing, Lieferanten- und Risikomanagement, sowie Vertrags- und Preisgestaltung

Know how in Segmentierung und strategischer Steuerung von Warengruppen- und Lieferantenportfolios

Erfahrung in Führung und Entwicklung von Einkaufsteams

Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für End-to-End-Prozesse und crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit

Gute SAP-Kenntnisse

Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

PERSÖNLICHKEIT UND KOMPETENZEN Gesucht wird eine umsetzungsstarke Interim-Führungskraft, die schnell Transparenz herstellen kann, Wesentliches von Unwesentlichen trennen und eine Organisation sowohl operativ als auch strukturell weiterentwickeln kann.

Pragmatismus, sowie datenbasierte Vorgehensweisen, mit klarer Priorisierung und Präsenz im Tagesgeschäft sind hier genauso selbstverständlich, wie die Fähigkeit Mitarbeiter einzubinden, zu fördern und eine nachhaltige Struktur aufzubauen, die über das Mandatsende hinaus tragen.
