Le poste est à pourvoir à Sully sur Loire (45).

🎯Vos missions futures

Rattaché.e au Responsable d’Équipe Maintenance, vous avez pour mission d’assurer la maintenance préventive, curative et améliorative du site.

Voici vos futures missions :

  • Maintenance des machines : vous êtes responsable de la maintenance des machines et effectuez les réparations mécaniques, électriques et automatisme.
  • Planification et exécution des actions préventives : vous planifiez et réalisez les actions préventives hebdomadaires et annuelles.
  • Coordination des intervenants extérieurs : vous pouvez être amené à coordonner des intervenants extérieurs.
  • Mise à jour de la documentation technique : Vous assurez la mise à jour de la documentation technique des machines suite à des modifications (schémas électriques, programme…).
  • Amélioration continue : vous proposez et mettez en œuvre des modifications techniques pour améliorer les conditions de travail et les performances industrielles.
  • Vous participez aux réunions quotidiennes production/maintenance,
  • Soutien quotidien aux équipes de production : vous contribuez au bon fonctionnement des équipements en étant présent et en accompagnant les équipes de production.

Autonome à terme dans l’organisation de votre activité, vous agissez dans le respect des règles de sécurité tout en visant la satisfaction du client interne. Pour se faire, notre atelier de maintenance est particulièrement bien équipé en machines (tour, perceuse, fraiseuse, cisaille...).

Une formation sera faite à votre arrivée pour vous préparer au mieux au poste.

  • Vous êtes de formation technique type BAC PRO maintenance, BTS maintenance
  • Vous maîtrisez les systèmes combinant l’électricité, l’électronique, la mécanique et l’automatisme pour assurer une polyvalence sur l’ensemble des interventions.
  • Vous êtes bon communicant, ouvert d’esprit, proactif et curieux techniquement.
  • Vous avez à cœur d’analyser et résoudre les problèmes pour proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions plus long terme fiabilisant les équipements.
