About Us

Biscuit Robotics is a fast-growing robotics startup based in Singapore, developing intelligent robotic solutions for the construction and hospitality industries. Our robots are deployed in real-world environments—from active construction sites to operating hotels—helping businesses improve productivity, safety, and manpower efficiency.

As an early-stage company, we offer opportunities to work on robotics projects, gain hands-on experience, and make a direct impact on how robots are transforming the built environment.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys practical engineering problem-solving and hands-on work, including robot deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer sites.

This role involves a combination of engineering support and fieldwork. You’ll spend a significant amount of time on-site supporting deployments, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with contractors, hotel personnel, and project teams.

If you enjoy learning new technologies and seeing your work make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot robotics systems used in construction projects and hotels.
  • Regularly visit customer sites to support robot setup, commissioning, testing, and daily operations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and hardware and software troubleshooting on-site.
  • Coordinate and carry out the safe delivery and setup of robots at customer locations.
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions in changing site environments.
  • Train customers and site personnel on robot operation, safety procedures, and best practices.
  • Work closely with engineers to improve robot performance based on real-world feedback.
  • Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and deployment documentation.
  • Follow site safety procedures and applicable site regulations at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Interest in robotics, automation, or engineering technology.
  • Able to carry out robot deployment, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting at active construction sites and hotel premises, in accordance with site safety requirements.
  • Able to travel regularly between customer sites across Singapore and perform on-site tasks, including walking around construction sites, climbing stairs where necessary, and setting up and operating robotic equipment safely.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing project priorities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, hands-on approach, and willingness to learn.
  • No prior robotics experience required—training will be provided.

What You’ll Experience

  • Work with robots deployed on real construction projects and in operating hotels.
  • Gain hands-on experience in robotics, automation, AI, and smart construction technologies.
  • Collaborate with contractors, developers, hospitality teams, and government agencies in Singapore.
  • Build practical engineering skills through real-world problem-solving.
  • Take ownership of tasks and contribute directly to customer deployments and product improvements.

Why Join Us

  • Work in the growing field of construction robotics and automation.
  • Be part of a startup where your ideas and contributions matter.
  • Learn directly from experienced robotics engineers.
  • Develop your career through practical experience and opportunities to take on greater project responsibilities.
  • See your work deployed in buildings and construction sites across Singapore.

Working Environment

This role involves frequent travel to active construction sites and hotel premises across Singapore. On-site duties include setting up, operating, testing, and maintaining robotic equipment, walking around large sites, and climbing stairs where necessary.

Some assignments involve outdoor work in hot and humid conditions. Employees must follow site safety procedures and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety helmets, safety boots, and reflective vests.

Fair Recruitment

We assess applicants based on job-related qualifications, skills, and their ability to perform the role’s duties. Candidates with no prior robotics experience are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
