  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Anbindung unserer Produktion sowie weiterer Abteilungen an das GUS ERP-System
  • Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung von Geschäfts- und Produktionsprozessen
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung produktionsnaher ERP-Module
  • Mitarbeit bei der Anbindung weiterer Standorte und Geschäftsbereiche
  • Steuerung und Koordination externer ERP-Partner und Dienstleister
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik, Qualität, Finance und IT
  • Aufnahme, Priorisierung und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen
  • Entwicklung nachhaltiger ERP-Lösungen mit Blick auf Effizienz, Skalierbarkeit und Zukunftsfähigkeit
  • Testmanagement, Anwenderschulungen sowie Begleitung von Rollouts
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Landschaft und Unterstützung von Digitalisierungsprojekten

Das bringst du mit (m/w/d)

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Einführung, Implementierung oder Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Systemen in produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und Fertigungsabläufe
  • Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen mit komplexen Fertigungsprozessen, z. B. Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Chemie, Pharma oder Medizintechnik
  • Erfahrung in ERP-Projekten mit Schwerpunkt Produktion, PPS, Fertigungssteuerung oder Supply Chain
  • Kenntnisse in GUS ERP sind wünschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkompetenz
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
  • Freude daran, Prioritäten zu setzen, Strukturen zu schaffen und Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben
