Für unsere Produktionsanlagen für Nitril-Einmalhandschuhe entwickelst Du das mechanische Rückgrat der Linie: ein zuverlässiges Transportsystem für die kontinuierliche Führung der Handschuhformer durch Nassprozess, Öfen und Abstreifstationen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du konzipierst und dimensionierst Endlosketten, Kettenräder, Führungsschienen, Spann- und Antriebsstationen.
  • Du entwickelst Formerträger, Lagerungen sowie Dreh- und Führungsmechanismen.
  • Du berücksichtigst Verschleiß, Schmierung, Verschmutzung und thermische Längenausdehnung.
  • Du berechnest Kettenkräfte, Antriebsleistungen und dynamische Belastungen.
  • Du gestaltest das System für hohe Verfügbarkeit, einfache Wartung und schnellen Komponententausch.
  • Du koordinierst die Schnittstellen zu Öfen, Tauchbecken, Bördelung und Abstreiftechnik.
  • Du führst Design Reviews durch und begleitest Fertigung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme.

Das bringst du mit (m/w/d)

  • Studium im Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, alternativ Techniker (m/w/d) mit umfassender Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens acht Jahre Konstruktionserfahrung in der Fördertechnik oder im Sonderanlagenbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kettenförderern, Hängeförderern oder vergleichbaren kontinuierlichen Transportsystemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-CAD und technischen Berechnungen
  • Erfahrung mit thermisch belasteten Förderanlagen, Lackierlinien oder Industrieöfen ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Verschleiß, Toleranzen und Dauerfestigkeit
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
